"Two young farmers" Nievas, Martina.

“Two young famers"

By Martina Nievas.

This is the story

Of two young farmers

That once met

They got along very well

And gradually, in love,

They fell

One night, while dancing

Together in the rain,

The seed from his pocket,

To the ground fell

They didn't realized

Until she saw a little

Shoot was born from

What had happened that day

In consequence

Both farmers became too busy

To play or dance again

Every day,

They would water the tiny plant

Cut its weeds and make

Sure it was growing well

Now, it’s been a year

That two happy farmers

Played a lot,

And danced in the rain

Now, it’s been a year

That two young farmers

Became mature, because of dancing

and not taking care of the seed

In the right way

This is the story

Of two young farmers

That once met.

Now they can't have fun,

Play or dance,

Their life is boring and grey

Because,

They had to grow up

From night to day.

The End.
